Can I eat Tostito’s Salsa on the hCG Diet?
Yes You Can! Whooooooohoooooooo!!!

If you look at the Ingredients it is very simple Tomato, Jalapeno, Onions, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic Powder and Natural flavor. The entire small jar of All Natural Tostitos Chunky Mild Salsa only has around 130 calories.  If you live life on the edge, and would like the medium or hot this is fine also.  We are just using the mild as an example but as long as you stick to the All Natural Chunky Salsa you are fine.  Make sure you don’t accidentally get the Restaurant Style because it has added sugar and obviously nothing that has any type if cheese in it.

Now obviously we are not telling you to eat a jar of Salsa everyday but it is a simple treat you can always have ready in the fridge at work or at home to snack on or add spice to any meal.  A couple of meals I spiced up with Tostito’s Salsa when I was on the hCG Diet were chicken breast, egg whites, steak, ground beef, stuffed peppers, any vegetable dish to add flavor and even Shirataki noodles for a quick easy meal.

You can also use Tostito’s Salsa as a delicious dip with your daily dose of Melba Toast and you almost feel like you are eating chips and dip.  Maybe not?  But it is close.
